2. By SMS (Without Internet)

   • Type your CNIC number and send it to 8171.

   • You’ll receive an SMS reply with your status.

   • Use your registered SIM for accurate results.

3. By BISP Mobile App

   • Download the BISP App from the Play Store.

   • You can check payments, update details, and find nearby payment centers.

Eligibility for BISP 2025

To qualify for BISP, you must:

• Have a monthly income below Rs. 30,000.

• Have a PMT score under 32.

• Be unemployed or in informal labor.

• Be a female head of household.

• Not own large property or vehicles.

• Have a valid CNIC and completed NSER registration.
