Indian Singer Pratik Bachan Receives Death Threats from Lawrence Bishnoi Gang
India’s notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang has reportedly issued death threats to renowned Punjabi singer Pratik Bachan, professionally known as B Praak.
According to Indian media reports, a member of the Bishnoi gang allegedly threatened the singer with death and demanded extortion money amounting to Rs100 million.
The reports revealed that on January 5, B Praak’s close associate and fellow Punjabi singer Dalnor received two missed calls from a foreign number, which were initially ignored. The following day, Dalnor received another call from a different international number.
Indian media stated that the caller identified himself as Arju Bishnoi and instructed Dalnor to pass on the message to B Praak. The caller allegedly warned that the singer must pay Rs100 million within one week. He reportedly added that B Praak could relocate to any country, but if anyone associated with him came close to the gang, they would be harmed.
The threat further warned that failure to comply would result in B Praak being “wiped out” and killed.
Following Dalnor’s formal complaint, police registered a case and launched an investigation. Authorities confirmed that efforts are underway to trace the origin of the threatening calls.
Pratik Bachan, known as B Praak, is a celebrated Punjabi and Hindi singer and music director. He has delivered several chart-topping songs, including “Mann Bharrya” and the hit track “Saari Duniya Jala Denge” from the film Animal.
