Rajpal Yadav Out of Tihar Jail In Rs9 Crore Cheque Bounce Case

Bollywood comedy actor Rajpal Yadav walked out of Tihar Jail on Tuesday after being granted interim bail by the Delhi High Court in a Rs 9-crore cheque bounce case, While his bail was granted yesterday, but his release was late due to verification and paperwork procedures.

The actor-comedian Rajpal Yadav case is connected to after he surrendered before Tihar jail authorities about multiple cheque-bounce cases linked the failure of his 2010 directorial Ata Pata Laapata.

Talking to ANI after his bail, the actor appreciated to the court and his supporters. He said “I will complete 30 years in Bollywood in Mumbai in 2027. People from all over the country, children, old and young, are with me… The way the entire country and the world, my Bollywood, has loved me, if there are any allegations against me, I am available to answer. Thank you, High Court.”

Several actors including Salman Khan, Priyadarshan, Sonu Sood, Gurmeet Chaudhary and others offered financial assistance to Yadav. His wife thanked the actors for their support during the crisis. Bail does not end Yadav’s problems as the legal case will continue.
