President Zardari Sends Good Wishes to Iran’s New Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei

President Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed his good wishes to Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei following his election and appointment as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

“The President noted that the region is facing serious tensions and conflict. He expressed hope that the situation will stabilize and that conditions will improve for the people of the region,” the President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release on Tuesday.

This gesture highlights Pakistan’s commitment to maintaining cordial relations with Iran and underscores the importance of regional stability amidst ongoing geopolitical challenges.
