Pakistan Offers to Mediate Between Iran, United States

Pakistan has offered to mediate to reduce tensions between Iran and the United States.

Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar, while speaking to Arab media, condemned the attacks on Iran and said that Pakistan expresses solidarity with the Gulf countries.

Federal Minister Atta Tarar made it clear that Pakistan is willing to participate in efforts to reduce tensions.

Atta Tarar said that Pakistan is ready to mediate between Iran and the United States to reduce tensions. Pakistan had previously successfully played the role of mediator to resolve disputes.

The federal minister termed the Taliban’s accusation of bombing the hospital as baseless and said that the Pakistani army did not target the civilian population in Afghanistan, the Pakistani army’s attacks were focused on terrorist camps, and the Afghan Taliban had spread misleading news before.
