BISE Gujranwala releases English Compulsory model paper for Inter part 2 exams 2026

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Gujranwala and other education boards in Punjab are ready to conduct the first annual class 12 examinations 2026 from May 20.

The English Compulsory paper will be held on May 21 in both morning and evening shifts. Students are making final preparations for the exams as good marks can help them in future studies and university admissions.

To prepare well, students are advised to study the English model paper carefully. The model paper helps students understand the paper pattern and important sections before the exam.

The Gujranwala Board has uploaded the English model paper on its official website for students.

According to the model paper, the first part is objective-type and carries 20 marks. Students will get 30 minutes to complete multiple-choice questions and fill-in-the-blanks.

The second part contains 80 marks and is divided into two sections. It includes short questions, essay writing of 300 to 400 words, making sentences with idioms, and translating an Urdu passage into English.

Students are encouraged to review the model paper properly to improve their preparation and perform better in the exams.
