Iran Stands Alone and Strong: Senior Adviser Declares US Must Exit Middle East
Iran’s senior leadership adviser has made a bold declaration, stating that Tehran possesses the full capability to confront the United States without any external assistance, and that Washington will ultimately be forced to withdraw from the Middle East.
Ali Akbar Velayati, Senior Adviser to the Iranian Supreme Leader on International Affairs, emphasized that both Iran’s allies and adversaries across the globe must clearly understand the depth of Tehran’s strategic strength. He asserted that the United States no longer has a permanent foothold in the region and will inevitably be compelled to retreat from West Asia, as its presence is part of a geopolitical competition aimed at escalating military and political pressure.
Velayati launched sharp criticism at the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, accusing both nations of adopting the worst possible stance by supporting Washington and Tel Aviv’s aggression against Iran. He further alleged that, unlike the official position of Baghdad, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq maintains extremely close ties with Israel and has become a logistical hub for Iranian Kurdish opposition groups.
Meanwhile, Iranian Vice Presidential Adviser Ismail Saqib Isfahani stated that the enemy’s plan to sow chaos and disorder within Iran has failed miserably. He credited the resilience and steadfastness of the Iranian people as the sole reason behind the country’s current stability and peace. He added that during the aggression by Washington and Tel Aviv, Iranian citizens proved to be the greatest public force supporting the government and armed forces, and that national unity played a decisive role in defeating all external attempts to destabilize the country.
