Hina Khan Slams Shilpa Shinde After Fake Harassment Allegation Confession

Indian television actress Hina Khan strongly reacted to Shilpa Shinde after admitted her 2016 sexual harassment accusations against producer Sanjay Kholi in 2016 were fabricated.

Hina Khan revealed that she had accused the producer because she had “no other option” during a contractual dispute and wanted a way out of the situation, during a recent chat with comedians Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa.

After the revelation social media user said a lot and online discussions shifting focus toward its impact beyond the long-standing television dispute.

Answering on X, the Hina Khan said she frequently dodges mentioning on other people’s matters but felt obliged to speak because the matter disturbs society, especially women.

She wrote, “Yes, using your sex to malign someone’s image in order to Win during a conflict is absolutely shameful.”

Turning attention to the “real victim,” the actress, 28, highlighted producer Sanjay Kohli stating that he and his family were affected by claims Shilpa has now acknowledged were false.

“I am shocked beyond words,” Hina wrote, adding that the claims were allegedly used to serve a particular agenda” to gain advantage, to win, to score, to claim, to settle without the utilisation of Law.”

She further questioned why Shilpa was offered another opportunity on the same show by the producer after the controversy. “I am appalled,” she said.

Hina ended her post with the caption, “The joke is on us.”

The statement comes in the wake of Shilpa’s 2025 return to Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain.

She added that she is now on good terms with the production team and returned to the show on the writer’s request.
