Kerosene oil price reduced by Rs48.29 per litre

20 June, 2026 16:35

The government of Pakistan has further reduced fuel prices by cutting the price of kerosene oil after earlier reductions in petrol and diesel rates.

According to an official notification, the price of kerosene oil has been reduced by Rs48.29 per litre. After this cut, the new price is set at Rs233.90 per litre with immediate effect.

Previously, kerosene oil was being sold at Rs282.19 per litre.

This move comes after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced a major reduction in petrol and diesel prices. Earlier, petrol was reduced by Rs74 per litre and high-speed diesel by Rs67 per litre.

After these changes, petrol is now priced at Rs299 per litre, while high-speed diesel stands at Rs311 per litre.

The Petroleum Division said the revised prices are effective from June 20 (Saturday).

The price cuts come amid changes in global oil markets, where crude oil prices have shown mixed movement in recent days.
