Araghchi Warns Israel Will Be ‘Schooled’ if It Violates Commitments

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said the terms of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) are “crystal clear” and publicly available, asserting that the President of the United States has committed to restraining Israel from actions that could escalate tensions in the region and If Israel is not ready to learn a lesson we can school them.
In remarks shared on social media, reacting to remarks by Israeli minister of military affairs Israel Katz, Araghchi warned that if Israel disregards those commitments, Iran would respond decisively. He said Tehran expects all parties to adhere to the understandings outlined in the agreement and emphasized that any violation would carry consequences.
The foreign minister further stated that Iran would respond with “massive power” to any threat against the country. He reiterated that safeguarding Iran’s sovereignty and national security remains a top priority and that Tehran is prepared to respond firmly to any act of aggression.
