Rajab Butt Faces FIR Over Alleged Lahore Cafe Incident

The police of Nawab Town have filed a case against a famous Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt and numerous others after allegations of assault and gunfire during a clash at a cafe in Lahore.

Police documented the case after Ayesha Jutt filed a complaint about the alleged happening, said to have taken place on July 25. In her statement, the situation started when two men and two women allegedly harassed one of her friends during their visit to a local cafe, leading to an intense dispute.

Ayesha said that when she and her friends make an effort to stop the settings, the suspects allegedly vocally mistreated her friend before slapping her. She further alleged that Mir Shafi pulled out a pistol and fired during the dispute.

The complaint also named Rajab Butt, alleging that he was at the cafe and was involved in attacking and assaulting the complainant and her friend.

Police registered an FIR under Sections 354, 506(B), and 337-H(2) of the Pakistan Penal Code following the complaint, with an investigation now in progress.
