Brittany Boltinhouse Stands by Past Remarks After Losing Pageant Title

Brittany Boltinhouse has address openly after dropping her Miss North Carolina USA title, which she won on June 28, 2026.

On August 5, the Miss USA organisation confirmed that Boltinhouse had been uncovered of her crown after a review of figures that had lately come to light. Officials tense that they do not admit any form of racism, homophobia or transphobia.

Boltinhouse has claimed that her title was taken away because of her political and religious outlooks instead of one particular mistake. She has conceitedly pronounced about her individuality as a conservative Christian woman who strongly follows her faith.

The debate apparently started after old social media posts surfaced in which Boltinhouse purportedly used a racial slur. In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, she was questioned whether she should apologies for using the N-word. She responded, “No. Not at all.”

Boltinhouse said she does not want to run away from her past and plans to address the old posts through her lawsuit. She insists, however, that those posts were not the real reason she lost her crown.

Her attorney, Patrick Mincey, has also defended her, claiming that Boltinhouse was unfairly labelled a “racist” and “homophobe.” He said his legal team has recordings that could support her claims and plans to reveal them at the appropriate time.

Mincey announced on Instagram on August 10 that his firm had been hired to investigate the circumstances surrounding Boltinhouse’s removal and explore possible legal action.

Boltinghouse has said she feels “unfairly targeted” and believes her freedom of expression was affected because of her conservative Christian views. Despite the controversy, she said she remains at peace with what happened and is confident about her future.

The clash now seems to be headed toward a legal battle, with Boltinhouse and her legal team seeking answers about why she lost the title.
