Kartik Aaryan Injured While Shooting Action Scene for Kabir Khan’s Film

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has purportedly unrelenting a severe knee injury during filming a rigorous action sequence for his forthcoming untitled project with filmmaker Kabir Khan.

Kartik suffered the knee injury as the film pass in the concluding period of production. The film was close to finishing point and was in line to wrap in two days, but now is seems like Kartik’s injury has momentarily paused his work.

The actor had get extensive preparation from expert action trainers before shooting the action scene. During the scene shooting, he suffered a knee injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

According to a production source said, Kartik is receiving medical care at Fortis Raheja Hospital following his knee injury. Doctors are seemingly set to operate on Kartik’s knee, followed by a few days of rest.

After the surgery, Kartik is expected to rest for a few days and to take a short break from work to recover. He is also likely to carry on work on Anurag Basu’s coming untitled assignment.

The injury comes at an important time in Kartik’s career. The actor recently won the National Film Award for Best Actor for his performance in Chandu Champion. He has also entered film production with Dopamine Studios and is working with Kabir Khan again on the upcoming project.

The project marks Kartik and Kabir Khan’s second film together following Chandu Champion.

Besides his collaboration with Kabir Khan, Kartik has several other projects lined up. Kartik will next appear in Naagzilla, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and will also star in the upcoming project Captain India.

At present, Kartik is likely to focus on his recovery before resuming his work commitments.
