SIFC Launches Digital Ticketing Hub to Facilitate Investors and Businesses

ISLAMABAD: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has introduced a new Digital Ticketing Hub to provide faster one-window facilitation to local and foreign investors and businesspeople.
The new system is designed to bring investors’ queries, applications, complaints and suggestions onto a single digital platform.
Through the Digital Ticketing Hub, domestic and international investors can submit online requests for information, guidance and assistance in dealing with relevant government departments.
Applicants will also be able to track the progress and latest status of their requests online.
The system is intended to make communication between investors and government institutions more transparent and efficient.
Under the new digital mechanism, investors will receive facilitation across different sectors and regions, while responses to applications are expected within 48 hours.
Once a request has been completed, the relevant ticket will be formally closed, creating a structured system for follow-up and monitoring.
The initiative is in line with SIFC’s broader role in improving investment facilitation and reducing administrative hurdles for businesses. The government has previously described SIFC as a single-window mechanism aimed at streamlining investment processes and improving coordination among government institutions.
