CJCSC General Nadeem Raza witnesses Pak China Joint Air Exercise “Shaheen-IX.
Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee witnessed the exercise at an Operational Air Base of PAF on Saturday.
Meanwhile, he also spoke on the occasion.

Particularly, he lauded the professionalism of the participants and appreciated the efforts of PAF and People’s Liberation Army Air Force in conducting a bilateral exercise in befitting manner.
General Nadeem Raza has said that the exercise “Shaheen-IX” would further strengthen and promote the friendship and cooperation between the two great nations Pakistan and China as well as their Armed Forces.
Notably, the exercise aims to further enhance interoperability of both Air Forces and has provided an excellent opportunity to learn from each other’s experience.
Meanwhile, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa witnessed Shaheen IX on Friday.
He said that Shaheen IX drill will improve combat capacity of Pak China Air Forces, said
General Bajwa expressed these views during his visit to the Operational Base of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) to witness Pak-China Joint Air Exercise “Shaheen-IX.”
According to Director General Inter Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar, Chief of the Air Staff, PAF Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan received the COAS.
General Bajwa said Shaheen-IX Joint Exercise would improve combat capacity of both Pakistan and Chinese Air Forces substantially.
Furthermore, he said it would also enhance interoperability between them with greater strength and harmony.
He noted the Shaheen-IX as 9th in the series of joint exercises between PAF and People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF).
Pakistan Army Chief said it began in 2011 and held in Pakistan and China on alternate basis.
