A good new for PTI, SIC from ECP!

A good news has come from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Sunni Ittehad Council as the latter has now become the the second largest party in the National Assembly.

The ECP has accepted the inclusion of independent members of the National Assembly in the Sunni Ittehad Council today.

In this connection, the Election Commission has officially informed the National Assembly Secretariat.
82 independent members of the National Assembly joined the Sunni Unity Council, according to an official document.

It added that 49 independent members from Punjab and 33 members from KP joined the Sunni Unity Council. No reserved seat has been given to the Sunni Unity Council.

Seven members are independent in the National Assembly.

After the latest development, now PML-N has 120 members, SIC 82, PPP 71, MQM-P 21, JUI-F 11, PML-Q 5, IPP 4 while MWM, PkMAP, BNP, PML-Z, BAP, National Party have one seat each in the lower house.
