Eid 2024: Cricketers greet on auspicious occasion

Cricketers from all over world have extended their greeting on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

Many current and former Pakistan players also posted their pictures on social media wishing a very happy Eid.

Former captain Azhar Ali shared a picture with his sons downing muffler with Palestinian flag.

Meanwhile Cricket Australia wrote: “Wishing everyone who celebrates a very happy and peaceful Eid al-Fitr.”

Pakistan white-ball captain Babar Azam celebrated Eid with his family.

Abbas Afridi posted a picture with Pakistan legend Umar Gul and wrote: “On this auspicious day, may Allah accept your prayers and grant you happiness. Eid Mubarak to you and your loved ones!Wishing you a blessed Eid-ul-Fitr filled with love, peace, and happiness.”

Sri Lanka Cricket in its message said, “Eid Mubarak to our Sri Lanka Cricket family and fans around the world! May this special day be filled with peace, happiness, and delicious treats.”

“#EidMubarak to all my Muslim brothers and sisters around the world! 🌙 May this Eid bring you peace, love, and countless blessings. Let’s remember our brothers and sisters in Gaza facing unimaginable hardships. Our prayers are with them during this time,” Hasan Ali wrote on X.
