The video of the actress showed her moving straight through the security gate at the airport under the escort of officials of the airport while others waited in line. The video soon became a point of debate among people who questioned the existence of special treatment accorded to celebrities in India. Many netizens criticized the scene as a depiction of ‘entitlement’ and ‘VIP racism’.

Social media users divided in two group after the video went viral, from one side the actress facing criticism and other side her fand defended her, some saying it was unfair for her to skip the queue while other were already waiting for their turn before arriving her. Some believe that in public places, every person should treat equally with any special privileges

While some thinks this stunt in a positive way, saying celebrities often require security arrangements that allow them to move quickly to avoid crowding or risk.
