Mufti Abdul Qavi Issues Clarification After Video With Fariha Farrukh Goes Viral

A viral video circulating on social media has once again thrust controversial scholar Mufti Abdul Qavi into the spotlight, includes media personality Fariha Farrukh in which he prompted to clarification about their association.

In the video Mufti Sahab strongly said that Fariha Farrukh is akin to his granddaughter and advised the public to refrain from making disrespectful comments about her.

Addressing the camera, he said: “Ye meri pooti hain. Aaj ke baad agar kisi ne maili nigah daali meri pooti par, to zehan mein daal lein ke is ke sar par uske dada, phupho aur Abu Qavi Sahib ka saya hai. Naujawan nasal ke liye mera paighaam sirf itna hai ke apni zubaan mein musbat ravayya rakhein. Aaj ke baad agar aap ne meri pooti ke liye koi ghalat lafz bola ya likha, to ye Qavi zindabad aur poti paindabad.”
