Ali Ansari Defends Nadia Khan Amid Social Media Criticism Over Sajal Aly Remarks

Pakistani actor Ali Ansari has backed Nadia Khan following criticism over comments she made about a scene featuring Sajal Aly.

The controversy was discussed on Zohaib Hassan’s morning show, Nadia and Ali spoke about the backlash surrounding her comments.

During the discussion, the host of the show point out experienced members of the industry and face backlash on social media for expressing their opinions about acting, direction and other technical aspects of TV shows. He clarified that Nadia’s comments were misunderstood as criticism of Sajal, while her focus was actually on the way the scene was presented.

The Naqab actor shares a close relationship with both women explained that Sajal is his sister-in-law and therefore family, while Nadia is also someone he has known for many years.

Speaking about online hate, Ali said, “When you’re getting hate, it means you’re doing something right.”

Nadia then explained that she was not pointing out Sajal’s acting skills. She clarified that her comments were about the technical performance of the scene, mainly it’s editing and sound.

As per Nadia’s details, the breathing audio did not seem to line up with Sajal’s actions and the pace of the graphics. She clarified that she was stating on the scene’s technical aspects, not criticising Sajal’s acting.

Nadia also said she has praised Sajal and her work several times whenever she felt it deserved appreciation.

Ali taking a part of the conversation and criticized about the social media pages which are turning them into short clips, often removing the original context and creating unnecessary controversy.

Moreover, during discussion Nadia also point out that now the trollers raising question about my praising opinion for actress Durefishan Saleem, so that social media trolling is become a regular part of her public life.
