In its statement, the team said, “We would like to categorically clarify that Tiger Shroff has made no statements, released no videos, and authorized no communication regarding the recent incident or any related developments.”

The team added that several social media pages and digital platforms were sharing fabricated stories, AI-generated videos and scripted narratives falsely linked to the actor. The team said the material was not approved by them and could spread false information.

The team rejected any connection in making or sharing such content. They also advised media organisations to confirm the accuracy of information before publishing it and warned of legal action against anyone spreading fabricated material.

The team further asked the public to rely only on verified updates shared through Tiger Shroff and his official representatives.

Following the firing incident, an audio clip circulated online in which gangster Anil Pandit, who claimed to be associated with jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, took responsibility for the attack alongside Harman Sandhu. In the clip, he claimed they had previously warned Tiger Shroff and also threatened members of the Mumbai film industry, saying those who worked with Salman Khan could face similar consequences.

The incident took place on Sunday when shots were fired at the 36-year-old actor as he was leaving a ground after playing football in Mumbai. Tiger was not injured, but his driver was shot and taken to hospital for treatment.
