Asim Azhar Sparks Buzz by Featuring Hania Aamir’s ‘Pablo’ in New Reel

Pakistani singer Asim Azhar has once again caught social media attention after using his former partner Hania Aamir’s debut song ‘Pablo’ in a new reel from his London music tour.

Asim shared a reel on Instagram featuring highlights from his ongoing London tour, with Hania’s recently released Punjabi hip-hop track ‘Pablo’ playing in the background. He captioned the post, “Agaaye jee,” along with a mischievous emoji.

Asim’s use of the song may have been purely supportive, but his past relationship with Hania made the post a talking point online.

As the Asim dropped the reel on his Instagram, actress Sonya Hussyn and Saheefa Jabbar Khattak joined the fun by leaving humorous reactions under the reel.

Asim and Hania have remained a subject of online interest years after their relationship ended. From 2018 to 2020 the couple were dating each other, and rare public interaction and references to each other’s music continue to attract attention.

Their names also made headlines in June when Hania shared a playful reel featuring Asim’s song ‘Aarzu’. Social media users focused on a female voice saying “Phir se bolo,” with some speculating that it sounded like Hania. Neither of them confirmed the speculation.

Now, Asim’s use of ‘Pablo’ in his London tour reel has once again sparked discussion about their social media interactions.

Hania recently made her official music debut with ‘Pablo’, a Punjabi hip-hop song that she wrote and composed herself. The song released in September, using its lyrics to speak criticism about her public appearance, behavior and lifestyle with a confident tone. Indian television personality Rakhi Sawant makes a surprise appearance toward the end of the song.
