Renowned Islamic scholar Allama Talib Jauhari passes away. 

Acclaimed Islamic scholar, philosopher and intellectual Allama Talib Jauhari had been suffering from cardiac issues and diabetes since long.

During 1980s and 1990s, Pakistan Television (PTV) broadcast his lectures on Holy Quran and Islamic issues underd Fahmul Quran.

The entire Pakistan evinced keen interest in his scholarly interpretation of Quranic teachings.

Pakistanis respect him in high esteem and adore him as their most favourite Islamic scholar and orator.

Allama Talib Jauhari born in pre-partition India’s Bihar province in August 1938.

His father Allama Muhammad Mustafa Jauhar was a prominent pious Islamic scholar.

Allama Talib Jauhari studied Islamic theology in Najaf under Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Abul Qasim al-Khoei.

He also remained a pupil of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Baqir al-Sadr.

Notably, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Sistani was one of his seniors there.

Besides, Allama Zeeshan Haider Jawwadi was also one of his classmates.

His death has saddened the entire Pakistan.

Meanwhile, President and Prime Minister Ministers expressed deep grief and sorrow over his sad demise of renowned religious scholar Allama Talib Jauhari.

Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and other important leaders also expressed deep grief and sorrow over his sad demise.
