According to province wise official data: 75501 cases reported in Punjab so far and 81985 in Sindh.
Moreover, 26115 cases reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 10426 in Balochistan, 12775 in Islamabad, 1470 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 1065 in Azad Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhary told the House that the price of domestic ventilators as well as protective gears and testing kits is far less than the imported ones.
He also informed the National Assembly on Tuesday that the first consignment of domestically produced ventilators will be handed over to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) till Friday.
Earlier, Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme (EECP) has achieved the target of providing financial assistance to the 12,000,000 lockdown affectees across the country.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Social Protection and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Sania Nishtar said this through a tweet on Monday.
Notably, the govt has initiated to disburse cash amount of Rs.12,000 among those affected from the coronavirus lockdown.
