Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates formally launched

Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates formally launched in Islamabad today (Thursday).
Prime Minister Imran Khan launched issuance of Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates.
He also addressed the launching ceremony.

The PM said reforms should aim at facilitating common people instead of serving the elite class.
Furthermore, he said that online availability of succession certificate will ease common man’s life.
The Prime Minister also emphasized on reforming the civil procedure court, criminal justice system and ensuring women’s inheritance rights.
It may be added that the Law Ministry has devised a mechanism to establish Succession Facilitation Units in collaboration with the National Database and Registration Authority for issuance of Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates within 15 days.
Earlier, it normally took two to seven years after initiation of application by the legal heirs of the deceased.
Notably, the present government consider people-friendly law reforms crucial and aim at ensuring justice through people friendly legislation.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan called for open hearing of the foreign funding case of all political parties.
He meant Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Jamiat-e-UIema Islam-F (JUI-F).
While talking to media persons at the Cadet College Wana, Khan called for open hearing for clarity of the issue among the masses.
He also asked for even on live television of the foreign funding case with all said parties sitting there.
