Pakistan Navy Concludes 8th Maritime Security Workshop in Lahore

Lahore: Pakistan Navy successfully concluded the 8th edition of its Maritime Security Workshop in Lahore. Chairman Senate Yousaf Raza Gilani attended the event as the chief guest.

During the event, the chief guest appreciated the Pakistan Navy’s role in ensuring maritime security and emphasized the importance of protecting the nation’s maritime interests. He also highlighted the need to further strengthen the country’s shipping and fishing sectors.

The Commandant of PN War College provided a detailed briefing on the workshop activities. The event saw participation from parliamentarians, policymakers, experts, and media representatives.

The workshop aimed to increase national awareness about maritime security and the situation in the Indian Ocean.
