Vivid Reply to Afghan Government from Pakistan

According to the Pakistani Foreign Office, the attack on a police post in Bannu was planned by terrorists based in Afghanistan.
A statement issued by the Foreign Office said that 15 police personnel were martyred and 4 people were injured in the terrorist attack in Bannu on May 9. Investigation, evidence and technical intelligence proved that the attack was planned by terrorists based in Afghanistan.
According to the Foreign Office, the Afghan Charge d’Affaires was summoned to the Foreign Office and a strong protest was handed over over the Bannu attack. Pakistan expressed serious concern over the use of Afghan soil for terrorism.
According to the Foreign Office, reports by the United Nations and international organizations mention the presence and activities of terrorist organizations on Afghan soil, and Pakistan has made it clear that it reserves the right to take decisive action against those responsible for this cowardly attack.
The statement issued by the Foreign Office said that Pakistan held several talks with the Afghan Taliban under the mediation of friendly countries, but the Afghan Taliban failed to take effective action against the terrorist groups. Pakistan will not compromise on its national security and the safety of its citizens.
