Karachi has reached another major development milestone, with the official signing of a deal for the construction of Pakistan’s tallest building, “Burj-e-Quaid.”

The agreement was made between DHA City Karachi and ABS Developers for the 82-storey high-rise project. Once completed, Burj-e-Quaid will become the tallest building in Pakistan, standing at a height of 941 feet.

The project will be built in DHA City Karachi and will cover around 6 acres of land. It is designed with a modern architectural style and is expected to be completed within six years.

The Civil Aviation Authority and other relevant departments have already issued the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the 941-foot height of the building, allowing the project to move forward.

ABS Developers will carry out the construction under the supervision of international experts and consultants to ensure global standards in design and safety.

The construction of Burj-e-Quaid is expected to boost modern urban infrastructure in Karachi and attract more investment and business activity in the city.

Officials say the project will mark the beginning of a new era of high-rise development in Pakistan and strengthen Karachi’s position as a growing metropolitan hub.
