12 Militants Killed in Security Forces’ Operations in Balochistan ISPR stated

Pakistan’s security forces killed 12 militants during separate operations carried out in Balochistan’s Washuk and Mastung districts, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The military’s media wing said the operations were conducted based on intelligence regarding the presence and movement of militants in the area.

ISPR stated that on August 5, security forces tracked the movement of militants in Washuk and launched an operation, killing six members of what it described as “Fitna al-Hindustan.” The military added that the operation was carried out successfully after intelligence identified the group’s presence.

In a separate intelligence-based operation on August 6 in Mastung district, security forces killed another six militants and destroyed their hideouts, ISPR said. The military reiterated its commitment to continuing operations against militant elements and maintaining peace and stability in Balochistan.
