Security Forces Kill Seven Terrorists in North Waziristan

NORTH WAZIRISTAN: Security forces killed seven terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij during an operation in North Waziristan, according to security sources.

The sources said several hideouts were destroyed during the operation, while weapons and ammunition were recovered.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the security forces for the operation, commending their professional capabilities and efforts to counter terrorism.

Naqvi said the nation stood with the security forces in the fight against terrorism. He added that operations against terrorist groups would continue without discrimination and that terrorists would not be allowed to find safe havens.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also praised the security forces for their operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said seven terrorists had been killed, several hideouts destroyed and a substantial quantity of weapons recovered.

The prime minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to eliminating terrorism, saying operations would continue until the threat was eradicated.

He said the government remained determined to establish lasting peace and security across the country.
