Passengers suffer as PM-led delegation aboard PIA flight

Passengers reportedly suffered for hours both in Jeddah and Lahore as Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif-led delegation aboard Pakistan International Airline flight.

According to Geo News, passengers faced difficulties in their travel from Jeddah as the flight bound for Islamabad touched down in Lahore.

After waiting for the PM and his associates for two hours in Jeddah, the flight was landed in Lahore instead of Islamabad, said in the report.

He was on a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia.

Their misery wasn’t over there, as the flight was on the ground at the Lahore Airport for at least two hours.

It is worth mentioning here that, the 72-year-old arrived in Saudi Arabia’s capital on April 6 on a two-day visit. During his visit, he met Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The Saudi leader also hosted an Iftar at Al-Safa Palace in Makkah.
