Police finalized the security plan to deal with PTI long march

The Islamabad Police on Friday finalized the security plan for Islamabad and decided to deploy 30,000 personnel to deal with the possible long march of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

The personnel of Rangers, FC, Elite Force, Islamabad and Sindh police will be deployed in the federal capital.

As the government makes the security plan to stop the demonstrators from entering to Islamabad.

The Islamabad police have suggested the closure of Islamabad International Airport. “About 1,300 containers will be placed at the entry and exit points of Islamabad,” police sources said.

“If the participants of the long march reach the entry points and roads of Islamabad, holidays can be announced in educational institutions,” they added.

“Emergency will be announced in all hospitals of the federal capital. Holidays of police, doctors, paramedical staff and relief agencies will be cancelled,” they stated.
