750 prize bond winners for October 2025 draw announced – Check Result Here

Withholding Tax Update on Prize Money

From July 2025, the federal government increased the withholding tax on prize bonds.

• Filers will now pay 15% tax on their winnings.

• Non-filers will face a 30% tax deduction.

This decision was taken to encourage tax registration and documentation.
