Islamabad-The Supreme Court (SC) will renew the hail into the suo motu case about the redundancy of a no-confidence stir in the National Assembly on Thursday.

A five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will be hearing the case.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Counsel Babar Awan has submitted his arguments.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court proceeded to hear on the redundancy of a no-confidence vote against embattled Prime Minister Imran Khan and the dissolution of Parliament by the President on his advice.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail asked, “ Can the President ask the Prime Minister the reasons for dissolving the Assembly?”
To this, Ali Zafar, who’s representing Pakistan President Arif Alvi, said, “ The President is bound by the recommendation of the Prime Minister.
“ It isn’t necessary to state the reasons for recommending the dissolution of the Assembly,” he added.
Moment, the apex court is anticipated to hear the arguments of Attorney General for Pakistan (AGP) Khalid Jawed Khan and Naeem Bukhari — the counsel for NA Speaker Asad Qaiser.
