Shadab reveals more lethal pacer between Naseem, Ubaid
Islamabad United captain Shadab Khan has revealed the more threatening pacer between Naseem Shah and Ubaid Shah.
He was addressing to a pre-match press conference ahead of the opening game against defending Champions Lahore Qalandars.
The all-rounder was off the view that they have to be patient with Naseem Shah as he is returning from an injury.
“We have to be patient with Naseem as he is returning from an injury. I played Obaid and he seemed really quick as compared to Naseem. And all three Shah brothers can play for us in the playing XI at the same time.”

Furthermore, he stressed that they will have to show more discipline off the field if they are to achieve their goals in the ninth edition of the HBL PSL.
“Last year too we did not play bad cricket but we could not handle the pressure. There were injuries to our several players and it means that we did not observe discipline off the field. This time we will try our level best to observe discipline off the pitch besides putting in our best on the field in order to achieve the desired results,” Shadab said.
“You know the PSL’s schedule is so tight and here you cannot find enough time for recovery so we will have to be more disciplined off the pitch,” he added.
