Pakistan Air Force Clinches 55th National Men’s Volleyball Championship 2026 Title

Pakistan Air Force has won the 55th National Men’s Volleyball Championship 2026, reclaiming the national title after a gap of 12 years with an outstanding unbeaten run throughout the tournament.

The final was played at the Pakistan Ordnance Factories Sports Complex in Wah Cantt, where PAF defeated Pakistan Navy in a gripping contest by 3 sets to 1. Despite losing the opening set 16-25, the Air Force team showed remarkable resilience and composure, bouncing back to win the next three sets convincingly with scores of 25-21, 25-21, and 25-18 to seal a memorable victory.

The championship, held from May 18 to 23, 2026, brought together 16 of the country’s top volleyball teams. Pakistan Air Force remained undefeated throughout the entire tournament, a testament to their exceptional preparation, teamwork, and competitive spirit. In the semifinal, PAF eliminated defending champions WAPDA in straight sets, setting the stage for their dominant final performance.

PAF captain Chief Technician Fahad Raza was honoured with both the Best Player of the Final and Best Player of the Tournament awards, recognizing his outstanding contribution to the team’s success. Chief Technician Afaq Khan was awarded Best Outside Hitter of the tournament.

The triumph highlights Pakistan Air Force’s commitment to excellence, discipline, and high-performance sport, and marks a proud return to the top of national volleyball after more than a decade.
