Balochistan’s First Female Cricket Coach Khair-un-Nisa Inspires Young Girls

Khair-un-Nisa has emerged as Balochistan’s first female cricket coach, breaking traditional and cultural barriers and creating new opportunities for young girls aspiring to pursue cricket in the province.

As a female coach, Khair-un-Nisa is working to promote women’s cricket and provide talented girls from Balochistan with the guidance and confidence they need to progress in the sport.

Her presence is giving young female cricketers greater confidence and encouragement, while also creating a supportive environment where they can develop their skills and pursue their sporting ambitions.

Speaking on the occasion, Khair-un-Nisa Baloch said that being recognised as Balochistan’s first female cricket coach was a matter of great pride for her.

She appreciated the opportunities and encouragement being provided to women in sports by the Pakistan Army and said that her goal was to help talented girls from Balochistan reach the national and international cricketing stage.

“There is no shortage of talent among the girls of Balochistan. They only need opportunities,” Khair-un-Nisa said.

She added that seeing one of the players trained at her academy go on to represent Pakistan at the national level would be the greatest achievement of her coaching career.

The young players at the cricket academy also praised their coach, saying that Khair-un-Nisa trains them with dedication and gives special attention to the abilities and needs of every player.

According to the players, training under Khair-un-Nisa has provided them with valuable opportunities to play, learn and improve their cricketing skills while also strengthening their confidence.
