A massive fire has torn through the Nottoway Plantation, the largest antebellum mansion in the American South, causing severe damage to the iconic building.
Located in White Castle, Louisiana, the 64-room historic estate was engulfed in flames, with much of the north wing and a significant section of the back wall collapsing by Thursday evening, according to reports from FingerLakes1.com.
