Joss Stone Welcomes Fourth Baby, Nalima Rose: “We Are So in Love”

British singer Joss Stone, aged 38, has become a mother for the fourth time. On Monday, she announced the birth of her baby girl, Nalima Rose, with husband Cody DaLuz. The emotional post came with the first photo of Joss holding her newborn close, smiling with love and pride.

In her Instagram post, she wrote: “Happy #mummymondays. Welcome our beautiful Nalima Rose to the world. We are so in love.”

Joss and Cody are already parents to Violet (4), Shackleton (2), and Bear, who is just seven months old. The couple had adopted baby Bear shortly before finding out that Joss was pregnant again.

A Surprise After Adoption

Back in December, Joss shared her surprise news on Instagram.

“Honestly. Shocked was an understatement,” she wrote.

“We are so chuffed! Maybe we should call the ‘Less is More’ tour the Preggo Tour.”

The couple had just completed a long and emotional adoption journey. They faced several setbacks, including cases where adoptions fell through.

“We were chosen a few times, but we couldn’t get there in time,” Joss shared.

“We started to feel like it wasn’t going to happen.”

But everything changed when they got the call about baby Bear.

“He’s so sweet. His birth mother is kind and loving. Everything just felt right,” Joss said.

Cody’s Adoption Story

Joss revealed that her husband Cody DaLuz was also adopted as a child. That made them both want to offer the same love to another child.

However, the journey to pick up Bear wasn’t smooth. They went to the wrong hospital by mistake, which caused confusion.

Later, they had to keep Bear in isolation due to lung issues.

“He was premature, and his lungs were weak,” Joss explained in a video.

“We stayed in the car to protect him.”

Joss Stone’s Growing Family

Now with four children under five, Joss is embracing motherhood fully. She calls her little ones her greatest joy.

“Nothing and no one can take our joy now,” she said online.
