TikToker Saira Faisal gang-raped in Haripur after job offer trap

A horrifying incident has come to light in Khanpur Tehsil of Haripur district, where 26-year-old TikToker Saira Faisal has accused two men of gang-raping her after luring her with a fake job offer. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.

The First Information Report (FIR) was lodged at Khanpur Police Station on the complaint of the victim. The police have booked the suspects under Sections 34 (common intention), 376 (rape), 392 (robbery), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Pakistan Penal Code.

According to the FIR, the incident occurred around 8:00 PM on Wednesday. Saira Faisal, who hails from Taxila, stated that the accused reached out to her via her TikTok account, offering her a job opportunity at a hotel in Khanpur.

Believing it to be a genuine opportunity, she traveled to the bus stop in Khanpur for the interview. There, the accused picked her up in a car driven by an unknown man, with another suspect seated in the front.

“They drove me several kilometers away and then, at gunpoint, forced me to undress,” Saira stated in the FIR. She added that both men raped her and later threw her out by the roadside.

Before fleeing the scene, the accused also stole her mobile phone, Rs 3,000 in cash, and a gold locket. Saira also mentioned that the men threatened her with dire consequences if she told anyone about the incident.

Police officials confirmed that an investigation is underway. Raids are being conducted to apprehend the suspects, who remain at large as of now.
