Hollyoaks Shocker: Jez Blake Kills Again as Murder Spree Claims Ian’s Life

The blood trail left by Jez Blake (played by Jeremy Sheffield) continues to grow darker in the latest Hollyoaks episode, now available on Channel 4 streaming and airing tonight at 7pm on E4.

In a terrifying twist, Jez murdered social worker Ian, who had become a threat to his horrifying secret. Jez believed Ian knew too much about the mysterious disappearance of Dennis Savage – and he wasn’t willing to risk exposure.

Another Kill for Jez Blake

Jez has already claimed the lives of Dilly Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith) and Abe Fielding (Tyler Conti) since arriving in the village. But his list of victims stretches back decades. The twisted gardener keeps a notebook filled with names of those he’s killed – including, it was recently revealed, Dennis Savage (Joe Tracini).

Dennis’ brother Dodger (Danny Mac) is on a mission to uncover the truth about his sibling’s disappearance. He recently spoke with Ian, who confirmed that someone from the Blake family had been harassing Dennis before he vanished. That person, as viewers now know, was Jez.

Ian’s Final Moments

After his meeting with Dodger, Ian sensed something was wrong. Jez was watching him from a distance and later confronted him in an alley. Tragically, Jez murdered Ian, eliminating yet another person who threatened to reveal the truth.

Jez returned home feeling victorious, but his celebration was short-lived. His accomplice Martha (Sherrie Hewson) was furious to learn he’d killed again.

Blackmail Threatens Jez’s Cover

Just as Jez thought he was in the clear, a letter arrived under his door. Someone witnessed Ian’s murder and is now blackmailing Jez – demanding £10,000 in cash or else his secrets will be exposed.

Is this the beginning of the end for Jez Blake? Or will he silence the blackmailer the same way he did his other victims?
