BISP Rs 5000 Payment – How to Check Eligibility and Apply (2025)
BISP announces new rules for smooth payment from September 25
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is one of Pakistan’s biggest welfare programs. It helps poor and vulnerable families, especially women, by giving them regular cash support. The main goal is to reduce poverty and help families manage their daily needs.
Recently, many people have heard about an Rs 5000 cash payment under BISP. This is not part of the normal quarterly payments. It’s a special one-time help for people in emergencies or those who are extremely vulnerable.
If you want to know who can get this Rs 5000 assistance, how to check eligibility, and how to receive it, here’s a simple guide.

-
People in urgent emergency situations
This payment is called LMA (Local Management Assistance) and is separate from the regular BISP payments.
