Netflix’s popular period drama Bridgerton has once again captured attention at the Emmy Awards, securing a total of five nominations for its third season. Known for its lavish visuals, heartfelt storytelling, and stellar performances, the show remains a strong contender in this year’s awards season.
Bridgerton’s Emmy Categories in 2025
According to Variety, Bridgerton has received nominations in the following categories:
Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Period or Fantasy Program (One Hour or More)
For Season 3, Episode 6: “Romancing Mister Bridgerton.”
Outstanding Choreography for Scripted Programming
Choreographer Sean “Jack” Murphy was recognized for his work on “Butterfly Ball,” “Eros and Psyche,” “Jealousy,” “Wedding Dance,” and “Rejoining the Ton.”
Outstanding Period Costumes
For Episode 8: “Into the Light,” with a team led by John Walter Glaser III and Amanda McLaughlan.
Outstanding Period or Fantasy/Sci-Fi Hairstyling
For Episode 4: “Old Friends,” with stylists Erika Okvist, Farida Ghwedar, Grace Stella Gorman, and Laura Sim nominated.
Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance
Julie Andrews earned a nomination for her role as Lady Whistledown in Episode 8: “Into the Light.”
Bridgerton’s Emmy Legacy
This is not the first time Bridgerton has impressed the Emmy panel. The show has been previously nominated in multiple categories and has won twice in the hairstyling category. With another nomination in that field this year, fans are hopeful for another win.
