Virginia Huynh Shocks Court by Supporting Sean Diddy Combs Amid Trial

As legal proceedings against Sean “Diddy” Combs continue, a surprising turn has emerged in the courtroom. Virginia Huynh, also known as Gina and previously identified anonymously as “Victim 3,” has come forward in defense of the music mogul.

Former Witness Now Asks for Diddy’s Release

Initially expected to serve as a key witness for the prosecution, Huynh was subpoenaed to testify. However, as the trial got underway, prosecutors revealed they had lost contact with her and her legal counsel, raising concerns about her participation.

In a twist that now benefits the defense, Huynh has identified herself in a letter to the judge, formally requesting Combs’ release on bail.

Letter Describes Diddy as Responsible Father

According to Diddy’s legal representatives, the letter portrays the rapper as a reformed man. “She doesn’t view him as a threat to society,” and instead described him as “a responsible and devoted father.” Huynh also asserted that “any violent behaviour on his part is long in the past.”

Past Allegations Paint a Darker Picture

Despite this sudden change, Huynh’s earlier public claims tell a different story. In a previous interview on Unwind with Tasha K, she spoke about her relationship with Combs from 2014 to 2019, which she said was filled with “emotional and physical abuse.”

She recounted multiple troubling incidents, including getting pregnant and allegedly being pressured by Combs to terminate the pregnancy. “He offered her money to have an abortion and served her alcohol during her pregnancy while vacationing in the Caribbean,” she had claimed.

Relationship Allegedly Ended After Abortion Dispute

Their relationship reportedly ended soon after one of those vacations. Huynh stated she asked for more time before making a decision about an abortion, but was then forced to leave Diddy’s home.

Most recently, Sean Diddy Combs was convicted of charges linked to prostitution and transportation.
