BISP August 2025 Payments: Date, Amounts & Collection Methods

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is one of Pakistan’s biggest welfare programs. It gives financial help to low-income families. For many people, the August 2025 payment is very important because prices of daily items are still high.

Payment Schedule for August 2025

BISP has started sending payments in different phases across districts so there is no overcrowding at payment centers.

• Start Date: Around 5 August 2025

Amount:

• • Normal quarterly payment – Rs. 13,500

  • If you missed the last installment – Rs. 27,000

These payments are given every three months under the BISP Kafaalat program.

How to Check Your Payment Status

Before going to collect your payment, check if it’s ready:

1. By SMS: Send your CNIC (without dashes) to 8171.

2. BISP Web Portal: Enter your CNIC and captcha code online.

3. Visit a BISP Centre: If your status shows “under verification” or “ineligible”, visit the nearest BISP or Ehsaas office.

How to Collect Your Payment

You can receive your payment in these ways:

• BISP Camps and Retail Points: Special camps and HBL Konnect agents are giving payments.

• ATMs and Banks: Withdraw money from certain ATMs with your CNIC or linked account.

• Mobile Wallets: Get money directly in JazzCash or Easypaisa.

• Mobile Vans: For remote or flood-hit areas, payments are delivered through vans.

New “Sahulat Account” (Starting Mid-August 2025)

BISP is testing a direct bank transfer system in big cities like Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Gilgit, Quetta, and Muzaffarabad.

• You can open an account in your chosen bank.

• After biometric verification, payments go directly into your account.

• You can withdraw cash from ATMs, use a debit card, or request a cheque.

Common Problems & Solutions

• Not Eligible: Go to BISP office with CNIC for a re-survey.

• Biometric Failure: Try another center or ask the camp supervisor for help.

• Crowded Camps: Visit on your given date.

• Fraud or Overcharging: Call the BISP helpline immediately.
