Bridgett Roccisano Baptizes Daughter in Rome Following Marriage Split

Booby Tape founder Bridgett Roccisano has marked a heartfelt milestone just months after her separation from husband Joshua Cavallaro. The 34-year-old entrepreneur baptized her four-month-old daughter, Elle, during an intimate ceremony at the Basilica of St John Lateran in Rome, surrounded by immediate family — with her ex-husband notably absent.

“We had the great honor of baptising our beautiful Elle in an intimate ceremony at the Pope’s own cathedral, the magnificent Basilica of St John Lateran,” she shared. “To welcome her into the faith in such a historic and sacred place was an unforgettable blessing that we will cherish forever.”

Elle wore the same dress Bridgett and her sister Bianca had worn for their own baptisms, a moment Bridgett described as “beautiful and meaningful.”

Earlier this month, she confirmed speculation about her marriage, revealing, “I am saddened to confirm I am going through a separation… While I am devastated and disappointed the journey hasn’t unfolded the way I envisioned… I’ve discovered a strength within myself that I never knew existed.”

She added that her priority remains stability and love for Elle. The couple married in April 2023 at St Patrick’s Cathedral in East Melbourne, just a year and a half after Joshua’s proposal in London.

In a message to supporters, Bridgett expressed gratitude for the outpouring of kindness, saying the encouragement “has meant more than I can put into words” during this challenging time.
