The 8171 Web Portal, a government-run service, allows applicants to confirm their CNICs, verify eligibility, and track statuses such as Eligible, Payment Ready, Under Review, or Not Eligible. How to Confirm Your CNIC

Beneficiaries can confirm their CNICs through two simple methods:

1. Online via Web Portal – Visit the official 8171 website, enter your 13-digit CNIC, fill in the captcha, and click “Check Status” to view real-time results.
2. Via SMS – Send your CNIC number to 8171, and a reply will inform you whether you are Eligible, Payment Ready, or Under Review.
