Raja Jackson Arrested After Brutal Attack on Wrestler Syko Stu

Los Angeles, September 19, 2025 – Raja Jackson, the son of UFC legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, has been arrested by the LAPD for a violent assault on wrestler Stuart Smith, better known as Syko Stu. The incident took place during a KnokX Pro Wrestling event in California last August.

Arrest and Charges

According to jail records, Raja Jackson was taken into custody on Thursday morning and booked shortly before 2 p.m. local time. He has been charged with a felony and is currently being held on $50,000 bond. TMZ was the first outlet to confirm his arrest.

The Violent Attack

The shocking attack happened in August when Jackson jumped into the wrestling ring during the live event. He slammed Syko Stu to the mat and continued beating him while the wrestler was unconscious. Other wrestlers eventually rushed in to stop the assault.

Video clips of the incident quickly spread across social media, showing the brutal beating that left fans and wrestling officials horrified.

Rampage Jackson’s Response

After the incident, UFC veteran Rampage Jackson admitted during an interview with journalist Ariel Helwani that he had cut off contact with his son.

“He dishonored my name,” Rampage said. “I know he’s my son, and I’m not cutting him off forever. But right now, I just can’t talk to him. He hid what he did, and it put my other kids at risk. I even think he needs to do a little time in jail.”

Victim’s Condition

Stuart Smith, aka Syko Stu, was rushed to the hospital after the attack. His family revealed in late August that he suffered serious head trauma, including injuries to both jaws, a deep cut on his upper lip, and a fractured maxilla bone. He also lost several teeth as a result of the beating.

Smith has since been released from the hospital but faces a long recovery. His family said he remains in “good spirits” despite the physical and emotional toll.
