Who Won Love Island Games Season 2? Finale Results and Full Recap
The much-anticipated finale of Love Island Games Season 2 concluded with the announcement of the winning couple. The final episode featured three remaining couples competing in the last round of challenges following earlier eliminations and public votes.
Lucinda Strafford and Isaiah Campbell emerged as the winners, taking home the $250,000 prize after successfully completing the final challenges. Isaiah and Lucinda had already secured their place in the finale earlier, while the other finalist couples — Justine Mielsia & Tynar Hyde, and Sydney Paugh & Toby Aromache — advanced based on viewer votes.
Johnny Middlebrooks and Gabby Allen were eliminated at the start of the episode.
Finalists and Elimination Process
The season began with twenty-one contestants entering the villa. By the finale, six contestants remained, forming three competing couples. The confirmed finalists included Isaiah Campbell and Lauryn Strafford, who earned their spot after winning a previous challenge.
The other two finalist pairs — Justine Nields & Treyque Hyde, and Sydney Pugh & Toby Atkinsma — were selected through public voting. Meanwhile, Johnny Mulekeomba and Gabby Akin received the fewest votes and were eliminated at the beginning of the finale episode.
Johnny described his exit as a difficult outcome but said he respected the voting results. Eliminated contestants later returned to watch the final challenges unfold.
During the finale, the three remaining couples competed in two mini-challenges, with the lowest-performing pair from the first round being eliminated.
The “Towers of Trust” Challenge
The first challenge, titled “Towers of Trust,” required contestants to stack discs from the first pile to a third pile in descending order of size. Only one disc could be moved at a time, and larger discs could not be placed on smaller ones.
This challenge tested the couples’ coordination, precision, and strategy. Timing played a critical role, as efficient teamwork could influence the final vote standings.
Justine and Treyque completed the challenge first, followed by Isaiah and Lauryn. Sydney and Atkinsma were disqualified, narrowing the field to two finalist couples — Justine & Treyque and Isaiah & Lauryn — for the final round.
The “Heist” Challenge and Final Results
The second and final challenge, “The Heist,” required couples to move money bags of various point values into designated zones within three minutes. Participants could contest points if grabbed inside the arena, emphasizing both speed and teamwork.
After a close competition, Lauryn Strafford and Isaiah Campbell achieved the highest score, surpassing their rivals by just four points, and were declared the official winners of Love Island Games Season 2.
Following their victory, Laurinda and Ionish credited their strong partnership for their performance in the final challenge. While Justine and Tyrique did not win, they successfully completed the round.
After the announcement, the eliminated contestants voted on whether the prize should be shared. Laurinda and Ionish agreed to divide the $25,000 evenly, with each receiving $12,500.
Laurinda Stratford and Ionish Campbell concluded Love Island Games Season 2 as the official champions, securing the prize and completing all final challenges in accordance with the competition’s rules.
