When my friends heard my music, they liked it and told me I should continue. So, I started making music. I don’t want much; I just want to support my family. I want to build a home where my parents can rest.”

Her mother, Jaspal Kaur, expressed pride in her daughter’s accomplishments, telling BBC, “I always wanted her to sing and make us proud. We are working hard for her, and she is very hardworking too. We had a lot of hopes from her, and God has granted our prayers.”
